SHIPPING

RETURNS

Returning or exchanging goods is also permitted but there are guidelines to follow for a successful process. Refunding is done including the additional costs incurred. If however you had priority delivery, the cost of standard delivery is also refunded. A suitable recommendation is to cover the product and retail packaging with a plastic bag, bubble wrap to protect and make sure there are no voids to give no room for crushing.
